The evening features a keynote lecture given by Dr. Jennifer Kasper, Pediatrician at the Division of Global Health at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Board Member of Doctors for Global Health (DGH) entitled "My Journey in Global Health: Discovery, Discernment, Directions".

This event will also give you the opportunity to meet other Montreal-based groups and organizations who work in global and pediatric health and associated areas. A “speed dating” style activity will take place during the evening allowing these organizations to get to know the participants and allow the participants to learn about each group’s work.

McGill University is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous Peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg Nations. McGill honours, recognizes, and respects these nations as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters on which peoples of the world now gather. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous Peoples from across Turtle Island. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
