Aparna Nadig
Biography:
Dr. Aparna Nadig is Associate Professor in the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders at McGill University.
She has dual training in Cognitive Science (PhD, Brown University) and neurodevelopmental conditions (Postdoctoral Fellowship, University of California, Davis). Her lab studies language development and social cognition through an intersectional lens, focusing on people on the autism spectrum as well as neurotypicals, and on bilinguals/minority language speakers.
She is grateful to those who took actions bolster her path in various ways. She enjoys connecting in mentorship relationships and hopes to provide this support for others. She is committed to increasing inclusivity in academia.
