By planning and aligning your activities with your goals, and tracking your progress, you can greatly increase your chances of achieving your goals.
In this session, we will discuss what is involved in creating an Individual Development Plan (IDP). You will complete activities designed to help you reflect on your academic and professional goals, and begin the process of creating an IDP.
