Peer Pathways for HBHL and IPN Graduate Students and Postdocs
McGill's myPath offers the Peer Pathways program for HBHL and IPN graduate students and postdocs. This four-week program empowers students to develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) in small peer discussion groups.
Join facilitators Olawale Dudubo (PhD Dentistry) and Rodrigo Migueles-Ramirez (PhD Quantitative Life Sciences) and reflect on your past year, examine your skills, explore your future, set meaningful goals for the coming semester and learn how to follow through on them. This program uses myPath's video series as a framework to spark conversation and guide participants through IDP exercises.
The program consists of four meetings scheduled one week apart. All participants are expected to attend all four workshops.
