Alpha Omega Alpha Robert J. Glaser Distinguished Teacher Awards
Award recognizes significant contributions to medical education made by gifted teachers. This award is presented by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).
Award: Up to four $10,000 general faculty awards are made. In addition, each recipient's nominating institution will receive $2500 for teaching activities. If that school has an AΩA chapter, a $1000 stipend is awarded towards its activities.
Eligibility: The Dean of each medical school in USA and Canada may nominate one faculty memeber.
