IASL Festive Reception 2007

Professor Paul Dempsey (L) with former IASL Directors Dr. Nicholas Matte (C) and Dr. Michael Milde (R) at a festive reception last December in the Common Room

Michael Mineiro singing, and accompanying himself with guitar and harmonica

During the reception, LLM student Michael Mineiro regaled us by playing a song he called, "I'm Just an Air and Space Lawyer". Listen to his song (I'm just an air and space lawyer [.mp3]) or download the lyrics ( LYRICS: I'm just an air and space lawyer [.doc]). We don't think we've ever heard a song that combines Sputnik, squirrels and article 17 of the Warsaw Convention!
