In addition, Dr. Heath and her Development and Intrapersonal Resilience Research (DAIR) team, including Jessica Mettler , Stephanie Zito and Laurianne Bastien, have developed guides for parents and students to navigate stressful times. DAIR together with the Centre of Excellence for Mental Health (CEMH) and the Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement Supérieur (MEES) supports young people in speaking out about mental health difficulties.
