International PI Day "Unlocking Perspectives" with Dr. Edward Doolittle- Winter Speaker Series

As part of the Office of Indigenous Initiatives' Winter Speaker Series, join us for an International PI Day celebration with mathematician, Dr. Edward Doolittle! Dr. Doolittle will discuss Indigenous knowledge in mathematics and education, with a focus on applications to contemporary Indigenous issues. 

In "Unlocking Perspectives", a student panel featuring Dane Malenfant, Gracie Diabo, Caleb Moss, and Juliann Wray will follow Dr. Doolittle's lecture, as they discuss navigating the realities of Indigenous identity in STEM education. 

A catered reception of freshly-baked savoury and sweet pies will follow, provided by Berrylicious Catering!
