From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Graduate Orientation Workshop Series: MITACS Information Session

 MITACS Information Session

In this 30-minute info session, participants can learn more about the different Mitacs funding programs available to them during their time at McGill as well as the training/skills workshops offered to students and postdocs registered at Canadian universities. Participants will also learn about how to approach potential research project partners as well as find out what kind of resources and support are available from Mitacs to facilitate interactions between academia and companies/eligible NGOs.

This workshop is co-hosted by the Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies Office.

Accessibility Information:


The Leacock Building has an accessible entrance on the east side of the building, and is also accessible through the Arts Building. All floors are accessible via elevators.


Accessible washrooms are available on the 1st basement and 5th floors. Gender-neutral washrooms are available on the 2nd and 5th floors.
