Optimizing teamwork and leadership: Inclusive leadership & creating cohesive groups for student leaders
To empower participants in developing teamwork, leadership skills and practical strategies for operating in a range of plausible yet unpredictable futures. Please note this is the first of a two-part workshop series.
Here are two short videos: Inclusive Leadership (under 4 minutes) or this one called Do you demonstrate inclusive leadership (just over 2 minutes) for you to watch beforehand if you have a chance – both are about inclusivity in the workforce and you can reflect how this relates to your own context as a student leader.
