From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Forming connections and a sense of community with our classmates and colleagues is important in building our identities and cultivating meaning. But how do we nurture these relationships, especially in a world constant movement and change? Join this workshop to develop personal strategies to actively engage and participate in the community, as well as nurture positive relationships to foster your wellbeing.
