From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

DBT Skills - Distress Tolerance

Distress tolerance is a core skill that is useful in times of crisis. This 2-session workshop will teach you concrete skills such as radical acceptance, improving the moment, and self-soothing to better cope in challenging/stressful situations.  Please plan on attending both dates.

Session 1: Wednesday February 21, 2024 from 2:30PM to 4PM

Session 2: Wednesday February 28, 2024 from 2:30PM to 4PM

Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
