From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Find out everything you need to know about:

  • Inter University Transfer within Quebec (Allows students to register for one or more courses at another academic institution within the province while simultaneously taking courses at their home institution.)
  • Study Away on Your Own (Study away at another university (may be referred to as the ‘host school’) while earning credit at McGill. Tuition is paid to the host university.)
  • McGill Exchange (Often referred to as “going on exchange”, exchange means to study at one of McGill’s partner universities while earning credit at McGill and paying tuition to McGill.)
