FE4 Distant Placement Application

Deadlines for Winter 2025 Applications:

❗ Take note: Applications for Distant Placements are now open for FE4 in Winter 2025. Pending travel and health advisories, and University and government regulations, all or some of these placements are subject to future cancellation or changes.

 

Please use the form below to indicate your preferences for a distant placement for 4th Field Experience (Winter 2025)You may indicate up to three sites (or fewer, if you choose) in order of preference. Please note, preferences will be given strong consideration; however, we cannot guarantee that all preferences and requests can be fulfilled. Students undertaking a self-directed placement must indicate this as their first option. Please refrain from reaching out to our partnered schools/organizations directly unless you are self-directed as the ISA office will arrange these placements on your behalf. If you have questions about a given opportunity, please contact your Placement Coordinator.

Please complete your online FE4 placement form as usual (you will receive an e-mail from the ISA office when this form is available). Please indicate that you are interested in a distant placement so your Placement Coordinator is aware.
