McGill Password reset, Student/Staff Directory and other services unavailable for maintenance Saturday night, Dec 9, 2017


Due to a system upgrade from 8:00 pm, Saturday, December 9 to 9:00 am, Sunday, December 10, McGill Passwords will not be able to be created or reset, either through Minerva or Reggie. 

In addition, the following services will be unavailable during this time period:

  • Reggie (change email delivery destination, change passwords, find McGill account information)
  • Staff and Student Directory lookup
  • Alumni email for life registration
  • McGill Service Providers form in Banner (INB)
  • Work Order System
  • Minerva - Password for McGill Username
  • Minerva - Students will not be able to opt in or out of the Student Directory
  • Minerva - Finance- uPrint Cpmus Printing Menu
  • Minerva - Information Security - InfoSec Search
