Starting the first week in September, visiting the IT Service Desk will be more convenient for students, instructors and staff, at our new location, on the main floor of the McLennan Library Building.
Walk-in service hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Stop by if you need assistance connecting to McGill’s WiFi, setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for McGill’s Office 365 services, accessing myCourses, or using any of McGill’s centrally supported IT systems and services.

Walk-in support will continue to be offered at 680 Sherbrooke Street for a transitional period, while the new location is evaluated.
Note that the Audiovisual Loans counter will remain in its current location, at 680 Sherbrooke Street, room 285.
