IT Services is responsible for providing telephone services for the downtown campus, Macdonald campus, the Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital, the Gault Estate (Mont St-Hilaire) and in McGill Residences.
Services available include:

Since most requests require entering some administrative information, such as the FOAPAL to which the work / service will be charged, you should ask your department's Telephone Coordinator to request services on your behalf. Telephone service requests will be processed during regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Access to the McGill telephone system is available 24 X 7, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Check the System Status page for announcements regarding service interruptions.
