Teaching Assistantship Forms
If you are accepted for a TA position, you must complete the following forms:
International Students - Important: you must obtain a Canadian Social Insurance Number when you arrive in Montreal in order to take up a TAship (or other employment on campus). Refer to the Insternational Students Services website for information on how to obtain a social insurance number: Obtaining a Social Insurance Number.
If your study permit does not indicate that you may work on campus, please plan to provide your student visa information to Franca Cianci, Area Manager - Student Affairs, in the Department of Jewish Studies so that a form can be completed for you to obtain your Social Insurance Number at a government office in Montreal.

Teaching and Learning Services (TLS)
Learning to Teach (LTT) Day is a professional development workshop for McGill graduate students and post-doctoral fellows designed to help improve teaching competencies through interactive learning sessions. Participants will develop pedagogical knowledge and skills through small and large group sessions. Additionally, participants will receive a certificate of participation to add to their teaching portfolio upon completion of the event.
