You are invited to attend an Institute of Air and Space Law (IASL) / International Association for the Advancement of Space Safety Space Law (IAASS) webinar that will discuss key proposals of the IASL-IAASS study on the feasability of removing space debris [.pdf].

Among other things, the study recommends the establishment of an intergovernmental organization in the lines of the original INTELSAT.
