Pour la première classe du cours "Transnational Futures of International Labour Law", qui se déroulera sous la tutelle de la professeure Adelle Blackett, trois conférencières et conférenciers feront des présentations:

  • “This Is Hallowed Ground: The ILO and Canada” - Professor Adelle Blackett, Faculty of Law, McGill University
  • “The Practitioner as Scholar: C. Wilfred Jenks, International Labour Law, and Postwar International Legal Theory” - Professor Guy Fiti Sinclair, Faculty of Law, University of Wellington, New Zealand
  • “Institutional Change and the International Labour Organization In a Moment of Populism” - Professor Laurence Helfer, Duke University School of Law, USA
