Le lancement de l'ouvrage Procedural Issues in International Investment Arbitration sera marqué par une table ronde avec la pr. Andrea Bjorklund (Faculté de droit de McGill), l'honorable Joseph R. Nuss, Q.C. (Woods LLP), Martin Valasek (Norton Rose Fulbright), Caroline Richard (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer) et Jeffery Commission (Burford Capital). Un cocktail suivra la table ronde.

Written by international arbitration experts, the book takes the reader through an investment arbitration in chronological order, identifying each key procedural issue in turn and providing details of the relevant precedents.
