 r emerita Catherine Kessedjian (Paris II) on 'Corporate social responsibil
 ity: Due diligence and compliance with the OECD and UN principles.'\n\nIn 
 the 1970s\, the OECD adopted the Guidelines for Multinational enterprises.
  Despite the title\, these guidelines are not addressed only to large corp
 orations. In 2011\, the United Nations adopted the Guiding Principles on B
 usiness and Human Rights and the OECD added a Human Rights Chapter to the 
 Guidelines.\n\nIn 2017\, there is no doubt that business entities must eng
 age in  “responsible business conduct”. How can they achieve this? What me
 ans do they have to reach this goal? What are the consequences if they fai
 l to respect the principles regulating responsible business conduct? These
  questions and more will be discussed during this workshop.\n\nA cocktail
