Neurolaw: Combining the Science of the Brain and the Law
Join us for the McGill Journal of Law and Health's 12th annual colloquium, which will feature two panel discussions with experts in the emerging and exciting field of neurolaw:

Abstract
Growing interest in the use of neuroscience evidence in legal settings is leading to an abundance of debates at the intersection of law and health science. Interesting discussions are emerging, surrounding the impact of neuroscience on the law and the legal and bioethical implications of neuroscience.
Our speakers will present from a range of perspectives, including neuroscience research and technologies, neuroethics, neuro data in the justice system, and related shortfalls and critiques.
A small breakfast will be served between 9:30-10am. A catered lunch will be served between our two panels.
