The McGill Centre for Intellectual Property Policy will host the colloquium of the Association francophone de la propriété intellectuelle (AFPI), in partnership with the Association littéraire et artistique internationales (ALAI Canada), the Centre Paul Roubier and the Centre d'études internationales de la propriété intellectuelle (CEIPI).
This French-language conference will bring together European and Canadian lawyers to discuss the challenges of trademark and copyright law in Europe and Canada in light of recent free trade agreements, changes in national and European legislation, and digital platform liability.
