Coming August 6: Temporary delays for Interlibrary Loan (ILL) physical materials. As of August 6, users may experience longer‑than‑normal delays when requesting physical materials via Interlibrary Loan. Users who anticipate needing physical materials (loans) via ILL are encouraged to submit their requests well before the end of July to avoid potential delays. ILL article (copy) requests should not be affected. ILL service will gradually resume starting Friday August 21 from our new office location.

À compter du 6 août : délais temporaires pour les documents physiques obtenus par prêt entre bibliothèques (PEB). À partir du 6 août, les usagers pourraient constater des délais plus longs qu’à l’habitude pour les demandes de documents physiques effectuées par l’entremise du prêt entre bibliothèques (PEB). Les personnes qui prévoient avoir besoin de documents physiques (prêts) par l’intermédiaire du PEB sont invitées à soumettre leurs demandes bien avant la fin juillet afin d’éviter d’éventuels retards. Les demandes d’articles (copies) par PEB ne devraient pas être touchées. Le service de PEB reprendra graduellement à compter du vendredi 21 août depuis notre nouvel emplacement.
