Now well into its second decade, Macdonald's ever-popular Food for Thought Lecture Series is gearing up for another series of fascinating and thought-provoking lectures.

The series kicks off on Tuesday, September 9 with a lecture by Professors Jim Fyles (Natutal Resource Sciences) and George McCourt (McGill School of Environment) who will address the issue of Global Carbon, this year's series' theme.
