Green Lab Initiative: Lunch & Learn

You are invited to attend the Green Labs Initiative Lunch & Learn on Green Chemistry.

This is an interactive hybrid event to introduce the audience to some the concepts of green chemistry and how it can be employed in different lab environments to be more sustainable.

Join us in person at the McIntyre Medical Building, 1200 Pine Ave West, Room 519 or virtually on Zoom.

In this session, you will learn:

• What is the need to re-imagine chemistry

• How can Green Chemistry principles initiate a paradigm shift and be embedded in laboratory pedagogy

• How can laboratories procure and use chemicals more sustainably

• What are some tools and strategies to practice Green Chemistry in the lab
