PhD Oral Defence of Annie von Eyken Bonafonte, Food Science and Agricultural Chemistry

Due to the constant increase of contaminants and toxins reported in food, the world of food analysis is shifting towards the detection and identification of currently unknown or unexpected contaminants using non-targeted analysis. The overall objective of this work was the development of a non-targeted method for the analysis of trace organic contaminants in honey.

Everyone in the McGill community is welcome to attend a PhD Oral Defence. Please join us in celebrating the accomplishments of our PhD candidates.
