These workshops are an invitation to a "body-mind experience", increasing focus and the connection of your own body movements and sensations.
Our goal it to present a distinct body experience that allows the participant to be more connected with himself/herself and, therefore, more connected with others.
This work is adapted to its participants, so no background in practices of movement is required.
We suggest that participants wear comfortable clothing.
Every Thursday from April 12th to May 3rd, 1 to 2 pm at the MAHI (McGill Art Hive Initiative), Faculty of Education, 3700 McTavish, 1st Floor, McGill University
