- Develop decarbonization pathways for the Architecture-Engineering-Construction (AEC) sector
- Design turnkey, scalable solutions for mass deep energy retrofits in Quebec including novel off-site manufacturing systems
- Synchronization of construction, energy, and timber industries to develop low and carbon sequestering solutions (buildings as carbon sinks)
- Research and develop holistic strategies and technologies for the design, construction, operation, and governance of resilient communities
