Dr. Michel Tremblay
Biography:
Dr. Michel Tremblay is Professor in the Faculty of Medicine, vice dean of Research and Graduate Studies from 2010 to 2014, is Deputy Vice Rector of Research, Creation and Innovation, at Université Laval. He is Canada Research Chair in Human Immunoretrovirology, member of the CIHR HIV/AIDS Research Advisory Committee, received 2015 CAME Certificate of Merit Award (Canadian Association for Medical Education), published over 200 papers, gave more than 90 invited talks. His research focuses on HIV biology and immunology in relation to gut microbiota and metabolites, HIV reservoir in CNS, and HIV cure.
