Documents for your registration with the Faculty

In order to proceed with your registration with the Faculty, your application checklist must be complete by July 31, 2024.  This includes proof of program completion (including degree granted where applicable) and final results of any outstanding prerequisites.  Consult with Undergraduate Medical Admissions Office for more details.

Documents for your registration with the University

The University's Legal Documents - Forms & Reference Materials website for the necessary forms and supporting documentation required for all students of McGill University.  Documents received by our Office will be shared with the rest of the University after the Faculty Registration date of August 14.  If you wish to expedite the process, you may submit this information directly to Enrolment Services as by following the instructions provided on their website.

Documents for your registration with the CMQ

As part of the registration process, you will be required to register with the Collège des médecins du Québec (CMQ).   We ask that newly admitted students familiarize themselves with the process and collect the necessary documents beforehand to expedite the registration process once properly introduced at Orientation.
