Request for Card Access
Please send an email to: requests.med [at] mcgill.ca
- Include the building name and room numbers
- Indicate the duration (period, semester, week, etc.)
- Mandatory: Include in your email the approval of your unit head (PI, director, manager) or facility training coordinator
Alternative: Unit head (PI, director, manager) can directly make the request to requests.med [at] mcgill.ca
Building Access - Proxy Card Request Form
Request to be made at the Departmental level.
For individuals without valid McGill ID (i.e. Casuals, visiting professors) requiring building access.
Key Request Form
Must be completed by the Department Administrator.
