Language Skills

As medical students, you will need both English and French when applying to residency and when interacting with colleagues, patients, and family members during various types of clinical encounters including TCP and clerkship rotations.

It is beneficial to practice your language skills throughout your training to improve your confidence in a medical context. Our policy allows you to take advantage of various language courses so long as they do not conflict with the MDCM curriculum.
