Most of the main document types and parts of your application are listed and described in the menu to the left. You should always refer both to the CaRMS guide to application documents for the R1 match as well as to your target program's specific document requirements, as there can be some slight variation between programs in terms of the exact documents you may be asked to supply.
Also refer to the CaRMS Help section for applicants, specifically the "My Documents" section as many FAQs on document types, requirements, etc, have been answered there.
