Administrative Employment Opportunities – Temporary Positions
Working in collaboration with academic staff, students and external agencies, the successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support to units within the Faculty of Medicine. Duties may include acting as a resource person on policies and procedures, drafting and producing correspondence, scheduling and coordination of meetings, clerical accounting and the maintenance of forms and files.
As our ideal candidate, you have at least 3-5 years experience working in an administrative capacity. You have demonstrated an ability to work in a computerized environment, using applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. You are extremely organized and detail-oriented. Proven communication skills and a dedication to customer service are essential for success in this position. Fluent bilingualism, in English and French, spoken and written, is required.
