 Service Point - bringing together many essential administrative services for students in ONE NEW location!

 

Service Point

What is Service Point? Service Point will provide newly-integrated front-line Undergraduate and Graduate student
administrative services including:
ID cards
  • International Health Insurance card
  • US Government Loan pick-up
  • Legal status and documentation
  • Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions and Application info
  • Student accounts tuition and fee information

Also included are selected services for Arts or Science students such as:

  • Course and program registration info
  • Enquiries regarding exams (including deferred and supplemental)
Why? The idea responds to the recommendations of the Task Force on Student Life and Learning and submissions to the Red Tape contest.
Where? Service Point will be located at 3415 McTavish St. in the McLennan library building at street level. It will be the "starting point" of the McTavish student services corridor.
When? Service Point will open its doors in late June 2010.
