This year Chanukah begins at sunset on Sunday, December 2, and people will light the first candle on the Chanukiah (or menorah) on this date. Celebrations on and around McGill abound! From the pre-Chanukah pre on Dec. 1 (7pm), to the menorah lighting near McLennan library on Dec. 3 (5:15pm), it will be a festive time!
