You are now entering a stress free zone

Need some comfort and help getting through the stress of exams? McGill's Office of Religious and Spiritual Life is here for you!

Weekdays from December 6-20, inclusive, we're offering Pre-exam De-Stress in the McGill Sports Complex, Room 352, one hour before each of the 3 exam blocks:

8:15-9:00 am
1:00-2:00 pm
5:30-6:30 pm

Getting there: When you come through the Tomlinson Hall entrance, you'll see a staircase going up to a mezzanine area where the sports clinic is. To the left is Room 352, a well-equipped conference room with comfy chairs and lots of windows for natural light. We'll be using this room as our Pop Up MORSL space.

Come find us and relax before you go to write your exam. Take a moment to breathe in our peaceful setting, browse through our positive quotes and books, do some colouring, enjoy a chat with our friendly staff or just sit and be yourself! All are welcome, whether you are religious or not, we all need to centre ourselves during exams.

Our office is also open during exams on our usual schedule of 10am-4pm daily. In our suite, you'll find our drop-in meditation and prayer space equipped with colouring supplies and a light therapy lamp, and our interfaith lounge where you can sit and have a snack, bring your lunch for some fellowship or browse our in-house wellness and spirituality library.

Stay tuned for more details of services during exams from our religious and spiritual partners around McGill!
