From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

About the Survey

  • Significantly adapted from work conducted by researchers at the Harvard Business School
  • Final survey design by the Office of Planning and Institutional Analysis and members of the My Workplace working group
  • The purpose is to establish a baseline – to what extent does the administrative workforce at McGill reflect the attributes of a learning organization?
  • The survey consisted of 25 questions that allowed us to develop numerical indicators so that progress can be tracked over time
