From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Application for Admission to the Neuroscience Major program

For Students Currently Studying at McGill

The Neuroscience Major is a limited-enrolment interdisciplinary program.  Students should register for and follow the curriculum of an alternate program until receiving confirmation of acceptance into the Neuroscience Major. Students will be informed of the decision concerning their admission after the grades for the Winter semester have been recorded and the applications assessed (late June).

For additional information about the program please consult the most recent edition of the Undergraduate Calendar.

Applicants must have the program prerequisites complete and a CGPA of at least 3.20.

Applications for Fall 2023 are now closed, the application will open in mid-April.   The deadline to apply for Fall 2024 is May 15.   Note that late applications will not be considered.

In addition to this form, applicants must submit an application for Inter/Intra-Faculty Transfer on Minerva.
