Designing a hybrid approach

The workplace is a dynamic space that facilitates human connection, inspires contribution to excellence, and empowers individuals. In an era where the implementation of hybrid workplace models is ubiquitous, a clearer definition of that space must be established.

The hybrid workplace is an ecosystem striving to create and establish a flexible, engaging, and collaborative environment for employees, who perform both on-site and off-site work.

The future goal is to provide all employees with SHARED USE of a VARIETY of workspaces, allowing them to CHOOSE the optimal setting for their tasks and working activities. The optimization of workspaces AND employee experience is based on the belief that the hybrid workplace:

  • is an opportunity to build a new and more agile environment that is a human and inclusive ecosystem,
  • promotes the activity-based Workplace (ABW) concept, and
  • embraces flexibility.
