Anne-Laurie completed her undergraduate studies in Nursing at the University of Sherbrooke. She also holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of Ottawa. She worked as an RN at the CHU Ste-Justine from 2011-2013 in various pediatrics departments (Multispecialties, General Pediatrics, Adolescents, Hematology-Oncology). From 2013 to 2021, she worked at CLSC St-Michel and CLSC St-Leonard as a nurse clinician in elementary schools, youth clinics and the postpartum community department. In 2014, she was awarded the "Prix reconnaissance" (innovation category) for her implication in the "Espace-Parents" project at Bienville Elementary School in Montreal. This project was part of the school's academic perseverance initiative. She started at ISoN in January 2018 as a Clinical Nurse Educator teaching health and physical assessment and skills in the Satoko Shibata Clinical nursing laboratories. Since August 2021, she has been a permanent Faculty Lecturer. She is currently involved in the BNI online program.
