Catherine has over 12 years of experience in various nursing roles. She began her career at the NICU at the MUHC and then went on to working with families in Famille-Enfance-Jeunesse for home visits, prenatal classes and breastfeeding clinics. She participated in the opening of the first interprofessional, specialized breastfeeding clinic to support mothers and their newborns experiencing difficult and particular breastfeeding situations. Catherine also worked as a clinical nurse specialist for the perinatal and pediatrics nursing specialties. 

She is currently completing her master's of science in nursing in women's health, perinatal and pediatrics specialty and truly has a passion for community care as it is such a stimulating and enriching experience to work closely with individuals and families in their environment.
