Gina Costanzo completed her undergraduate studies in Nursing at McGill University and her MBA from Université de Sherbrooke. She has worked for 18 years in the public healthcare system, specializing in perinatal and women's health. Through her roles as bedside nurse, clinical educator and multisite manager, she has developed expertise in promoting excellence in healthcare delivery using a systems management lens. As Director of the Clinical Partnerships Office, Ms. Costanzo is committed to strengthening clinical partnerships and developing innovative ways to ensure excellence in clinical education, thereby helping to ensure that McGill nursing students are prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.
