On Saturday, October 13, as part of Homecoming 2018, the ISoN held a two-hour workshop on Strengths-Based Nursing (SBN), given by Faculty Lecturer Annie Chevrier. Several McGill Nursing alumni attended, and their feedback was unanimously positive. Here below are excerpts from some of the comments received to date:
“It got me thinking about new ways to articulate nursing and reframing what I'm already doing right. It feels challenging to swim against the mainstream medical model, but being with like-minded peers was very helpful.”
