Research & Innovation

McGill’s Ingram School of Nursing is home to 18 faculty researchers working across the far-ranging scope of nursing science; to promote health, prevent disease, improve quality of life, eradicate health disparities, shape policy, and contribute to the science and evidence-based data moving nursing practice forward. Among them, two of our faculty researchers hold Senior FRQS (Fonds de recherche du Québec) awards, with one Junior II, one Canada Research Chair, Tier 2, and one McGill Chair in Psychosocial Oncology. 

Current research projects touch upon 12 diverse areas of interests, addressing health issues across the lifespan and continuum of care, with outstanding research outputs including many publications in high-ranked journals, and prestigious distinctions and grants.
