Biodiversity Scavenger Hunt: Macdonald Campus
Explore Mac Campus to discover the diversity of nature near you and learn about biodiversity projects on campus. This free self-guided activity will be available until October 31st 2024, and will take approximately 45-60 minutes.
This scavenger hunt is being launched as part of McGill's Biodiversity Festival 2024.
Halloween Nature Scavenger Hunt
The Office of Student Academic Services has created a new nature scavenger about the Morgan Arboretum! Come discover the mysterious creatures lurking around this forest reserve as you walk around the different trails to find 9 items.
You can borrow a copy of the scavenger hunt at the Arboretum's Gatehouse or get your own copy online.

Food Authenticity Seminar Series: Machine learning-driven hyperspectral imaging for origin traceability of green coffee
Coffee consumption is rising globally, especially for single-origin specialty coffee. This surge in demand has led to more cases of geographical origin fraud, requiring effective tools to verify coffee origins. In a recent study, Dr. Biniam Kebede and his team applied a multi-omics and machine learning approach to analyze 24 green coffee bean samples (Arabica, wet-washed) from 3 continents, 8 countries, and 22 regions.
