Biography: 

Dr. Andrew Mok is presently an Associate Obstetrician & Gynecologist and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the McGill University Health Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He specializes in fertility treatments and reproductive technologies since 1979. His involvement with Assisted Reproductive Technologies dated back to the mid 1980’s. He holds an Honors B. Sc. degree in Biochemistry and he is a graduate from the Faculty of Medicine of McGill University. His Reproductive Endocrinology fellowship and post fellowship trainings were all done at the McGill affiliated hospitals. His main interests and expertise also include minimal invasive surgeries (MIS), including but not limited to operative resectoscopy, hysteroscopy, video-laparosocopy and myosure procedures. He joined Clinique OriginElle as its Clinical Director in 2012, specializing in IVF ET treatments. Recently he has been appointed Medical Director of Effortlessivf in Calgary. He is Board Certified both in the USA and in Canada. He holds membership in numerous medical societies including the Canadian Medical Association, The Quebec Medical Association, The American Society for Reproductive Medicine, The American Society for Reproductive Surgeons and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Mok is on staff at the McGill University Health Centre, consisting of the Royal Victoria Hospital and the Montreal General Hospital and The St-Mary Hospital. He is a Member of the Executive Council of the Board of Governor of the Montreal Chinese Hospital and serves as President on its Board in 2009. He served as President of the Montreal Chinese Hospital Centre from Nov. 2003 till Dec. 2011.
