"Don't Read the Comments" Registration Form

Play and Panel Discussion

On October 3rd & 4th, 2018, the Office for Sexual Violence Response, Support and Education will host a free 60-minute performance of Don’t Read the Comments, followed by a talk-back with the artists.

From the creator of the award-winning Fringe shows TalkMackerel and In Memoriam, comes a new immersive theatrical provocation. Set at the live taping of a TV talk show, Don't Read the Comments delves into the "grey areas” of sexual encounters and consent. Through the dark, filterless art of clown and bouffon and the power of true storytelling, the show invites you to look into its warped mirror and confront what you see staring back.

Created and directed by Sarah Segal-Lazar (in collaboration with the cast)
Featuring Cara Krisman, Gabe Maharjan, Joy Ross-Jones, Sarah Segal-Lazar, Dakota Jamal Wellman
